About Calla
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and have 10 years of teaching experience. My interest in Economics began with a curiosity about how markets function and how decisions impact society at different levels. Over time, this interest developed into a passion for teaching and helping students understand economic concepts clearly.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, real-world application, and structured explanation. I break down complex theories into simple ideas so students can understand them easily. I use examples, case studies, and discussions to make learning more engaging. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading about global economic trends and financial systems. Teaching Economics is rewarding because I see students develop confidence and awareness over time. Helping them understand important concepts motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Economics becomes much clearer when students understand how real-world systems function instead of memorizing definitions without meaning. My lessons focus on building strong conceptual understanding in microeconomics, macroeconomics, market structures, and financial systems through simple and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand how supply, demand, pricing, and policy decisions affect everyday life. I use real-life examples such as markets, businesses, and government decisions to make concepts easier to relate to and understand. Each session is interactive and encourages students to ask questions and think critically about economic situations.
I design my lessons based on the student’s level and learning goals. Beginners focus on basic economic principles such as demand, supply, and simple market behavior using clear explanations. Intermediate learners explore topics like elasticity, national income, and trade with deeper understanding. Advanced students work on economic models, policy analysis, and data interpretation with detailed reasoning. Practice questions, case discussions, and regular feedback are included to ensure steady improvement and strong understanding.
Economics also helps students develop analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and awareness of global systems. As they gain clarity, they become more confident in understanding financial and economic issues. Many students begin to see how Economics connects to everyday life and future careers. My goal is to make Economics clear, practical, and engaging for every learner.
