My teaching method is simple - understand the strengths and gaps in learning of the student I am working with. I simultaneously build rapport/relationship with them and begin to set goals with them and keep a record of our goals (no matter how simple) so they can see growth and feel intrinsic motivation and achievement. I also use multiple intelligences within my lessons, which means I cater to the type of learner the student is. For example, if he/she prefers drawing or visuals, then I will build my lessons around this learning need. I also incorporate the student's interests into their learning to keep them fully engaged!

I know Jaime through our Bible study group. She is a phenomenal leader and teacher. She always speaks very clearly, asks questions to make sure her audience understands the topic, and also takes time to let her students ask questions as well. She facilitates a welcoming, warm and inviting environment, and the discussions always are very engaging. She is a natural born leader and I enjoy learning from her.
