About Neil
I am a retired educator with over 32 years of experience as a School Counselor and School Psychologist. I was a substitute teacher for two years. I have taught several students during the summer time. My students had improved in reading and math skills by one year.

My teaching approach is to find a baseline where the student is currently and determine what level to start the student. I use a variety of materials to teach the student key concepts and skills. I use repetition and homework to reinforce key concepts taught during the lessons.
