About Sümeyra
I am a graduate of English Language and Literature and a teacher of English. Besides having 4 years of experience, I have IELTS certificate at C1 level. I am currently learning my fourth language, Portuguese. As someone who has a very good understanding of language learning, I can approach it from my students' perspective which enables me to make learning easy and fun.

I prefer not to approach teaching English with the same logic we see at school. I try to make use of different sources (movies, songs, books, etc.) to make it more colorful and fun. One of my main goals is to highlight the skill of speaking, which is an important skill that we often neglect. In addition, I focus on grammar rules, phrases and proverbs / idioms. Lessons are tailored according to the needs of the student.
