I have had the pleasure of knowing Lauren for the past four years, in the capacity of a horse trainer and riding instructor and later in the capacity of a close friend. Lauren is a fantastic human and an extremely talented horse person. Her understanding of both rider and equine biomechanics and her ability to explain how to ride through words when instructing is excellent. She is also a fantastic equestrian, and watching her ride is like reading a poem. She has understanding that translates well from the jumper's ring to the dressage area. Her attention to horses in her program/care is excellent, and she is responsible for saving my horse's life during an unexpected medical event.
