About Elisa
Hi, I’m Elisa — an Italian-American native English speaker with an international background. I also speak Spanish, which helps me understand the challenges of learning and communicating in another language. I hold a degree in Management and have worked in international business and customer operations, where clear and confident communication was essential. I’m patient, understanding, and friendly, and I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking and asking questions. I focus on practical, real-world English and clear explanations, and I’m currently completing a Level 5 TEFL certification to further support structured and effective learning.
