Singh "bhai" has been extremely impressive. I was skeptical and worried to start gymming,but he made me so comfortable and I can see the change in 2 months time. He is truly dedicated, professional and a tough task master and ensures he "sweats" his trainees. His simplicity, sense of humour accentuates his impact. His constant motivation and encouragement makes me do stuff which I couldnt have thought of, achieving earlier. Definitely a solid trainer! He also keeps a strict vigil on training [ with adequate posture advice, weight management, repetitions] and shows care & concern in the sessions.
