About Joan
I am a resilience coach who is also a published author and educator. I can connect well with clients from all walks of life and diverse age groups. I assist them with changes, challenges and issues they wish to address to feel happy, resourced and fulfilled. I have experience of assisting professionals across a wide range of sectors and can help with both performance enhancement and navigating change. I have a particular interest in helping people to feel emotionally resilient and resource for work and life.
