About Beatriz
After experiencing the positive changes that Pilates brought to my own life, I felt inspired to help others move and enjoy life free from pain.
What I love most about Pilates is that it’s accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or stage of life, and the vitality it brings is truly transformative.
Staying true to the method and educating my clients about its principles is essential to me, as I believe this is the key to achieving sustainable, long-term results.

My Approach to Teaching Pilates My teaching approach is grounded in the original principles of the Pilates method, as founded by Joseph Pilates. I focus on creating a strong mind-body connection through controlled, mindful movement. By helping clients develop awareness of how they move, I support them in building strength, stability, and mobility that leads to long-term, sustainable results, both on and off the studio.
Each class is 60 minutes in length and designed to be personalised and purposeful. Whether in a private session or small group setting, I tailor my instruction to suit the needs, goals, and abilities of each individual. I hold a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and my training is recognised both in Australia and Internationally.
With experience working with a wide range of clients from beginners to advanced movers, including those undergoing rehabilitation or navigating pre and post-natal stages I bring a well-rounded, supportive approach to each session.
My classes are open to all levels and all ages. Whether you're completely new to Pilates, returning after an injury, looking to deepen your practice, or wanting to move better in daily life, you're welcome in my space. The goal is to guide every client in moving with greater ease, confidence, and understanding of their body building a solid foundation for lifelong well-being.
