One experience I can share about Mads is during a particular lesson of learning Danish. The pronunciation of Danish is rather difficult for me, as a non-native. I remember thinking how hard and overwhelming Danish is to be learning and felt rather demotivated during my lesson. However, the way Mads was able to gently guide me through the lesson, the excellent teaching materials we were using, and the encouraging words he spoke, throughout the lesson, were precisely what I needed at that stage of my language learning journey in Danish. I had danish lessons with Mads together with my girlfriend and I really liked how structural his teaching was. He didnt try to teach us a lot at once, he taught us step by step and it was so múch easier that way for me. After moving to Denmark it helped me a lot to have this knowledge of danish i got from him.
