About Am
Drawing on over 15 years' experience as a teacher, Headteacher, qualified SENDCo and yoga teacher, alongside a Master's in Inclusive Education, I've developed a holistic, evidence-informed coaching approach that combines education, positive psychology and wellbeing, valuing emotional health just as highly as practical action.
My passion for neurodiversity began more than 20 years ago while volunteering with a community group supporting children and young people with learning and physical disabilities. It was there that I first saw the importance of recognising every individual's strengths and removing barriers to success, a belief that has guided my career ever since.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of children, families and education professionals. One thing has become clear to me: the best outcomes for children begin with supporting the adults around them.
Whether you're parenting a child with SEND, feeling overwhelmed, navigating change or simply looking for someone who understands, my role is to listen without judgement and help you build confidence, find clarity and develop practical, sustainable ways forward.
You'll always be met with compassion, authenticity and encouragement, because I believe the smallest steps often lead to the most meaningful, lasting change.

I know supporting a child can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it's easy to put everyone else's needs before your own. I work alongside parents, families and educators to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, regain confidence and discover practical strategies that work for you.
Every coaching journey is personalised, but sessions are centred around three key areas:
Reflect – A calm, non-judgemental space to explore your experiences, challenges and strengths, helping you gain clarity and reconnect with what matters most.
Understand – Together we'll make sense of the challenges you're facing, drawing on evidence-informed approaches from positive psychology, education, SEND and wellbeing to deepen understanding and identify what will make the greatest difference.
Thrive – You'll leave each session with practical, realistic strategies tailored to your family, empowering you to build confidence, create sustainable change and support both your own wellbeing and the children in your care.
Whether you're navigating a new SEND diagnosis, advocating for your child, managing challenging behaviour, strengthening relationships with school, experiencing parental overwhelm or simply wanting to feel more confidence, my goal is for you to leave every session feeling heard, empowered and equipped with the tools to thrive long after our time together.
