About Mackay
Despite what some instructors seem to believe, EMS is more than reading about medical terminology and routine procedures. As an avid learner whose curiosity has pushed him to earn emergency service degrees, as well as obtain further training in Fire and EMS settings, I still remember what it feels like to sit where you sit. My ADHD, paired with my unquenchable hatred for sitting still, meant that years spent desperately trying to memorize textbooks eventually led to finding new and exciting ways to remain engaged and motivated. As I share them with you, you will quickly learn and develop to a point where you’ll easily pass your Course/NREMT.
