About Nina
With more than 6 years of experience, I am a professional Flute teacher teaching School students, College students, and working professionals. I believe flute learning should be simple, enjoyable, and well organised, helping students build confidence over time.
My tutoring style focuses on clear fundamentals. I train students in breathing techniques, finger coordination, tone development, scales, rhythm, and musical expression. Lessons are structured but flexible to suit individual learning speed and goals.
I value clear communication and regular guidance. I explain techniques step by step and encourage students to ask questions. Accountability is maintained through focused practice routines and progress reviews. I teach with honesty and integrity, always keeping the student’s growth in mind.
Along with flute lessons, I also teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, and performance preparation. I support students with exam readiness and recital performance.
My unique skill is designing personalised lesson plans for beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students. I aim to create a friendly yet disciplined learning environment where students enjoy learning and achieve steady improvement.

I begin by understanding each student’s goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through clear communication, I explain techniques such as proper posture, breathing, finger placement, and reading music, ensuring students feel confident and supported.
Creativity is a core part of my lessons. I encourage students to explore various musical genres, experiment with improvisation, and develop their own expressive style. I often include exercises that allow students to compose simple melodies or adapt pieces according to their interpretation. Flexibility is key—I adjust lesson plans based on the student’s pace, challenges, and interests, making each session personalised and effective.
Beyond flute performance, I incorporate related subjects such as music theory, rhythm, ear training, and sight-reading. This helps students build a strong foundation and become well-rounded musicians. My approach ensures that students not only gain technical proficiency but also develop confidence, self-expression, and a lasting love for music, making the learning journey both rewarding and enjoyable.
