About Alice
From Venice to Sydney: My Journey to Balance Originally from Venice, Italy, I made the bold decision to move to Australia 12 years ago, settling in the vibrant city of Sydney. In my early 30s, I faced the challenge of moving to a new continent alone, without any family or friends. It was a true test of resilience, but also a new beginning. In Australia, I built a successful career in a demanding, male-dominated industry: architecture. While navigating the hectic corporate world, I reached a breaking point. I realized the only way to stay grounded was to create a life that was a peaceful and authentic counter-balance to my career. This led me to embrace a journey of discipline and self-care, a path that has helped me find my own way to live a healthier and more balanced life. As I began to build my wellness practice, I naturally drew on the traditions of my Italian upbringing. The core of my approach isn't just about diet—it's about a holistic wellness that comes from nourishing your body with simple, real food and savoring the joy of eating well, a philosophy that has been a part of my culture for generations.

No fad diets, no stress — just practical guidance you can actually enjoy. I specialize in: • Healthy eating inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle – traditional, tasty, and nourishing. • Building routines to reduce stress and support hormonal balance for women 40+. • Lifestyle coaching to find more energy, calm, and joy in everyday life. • Guidance on combining work, travel, and well-being (from corporate hectic routine to remote-working and balance strategies). ------------------------------------ What makes my approach different? Real food, not restriction — I love vegetables, simple Italian cooking, nuts, fish and my nonna's secret recipes. A lifestyle mindset — inspired by surf, yoga, movement, and connection with nature.
