About Paola
I'm in love with Happiness. Materials Engineer from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and Coach graduated from Master Vanessa Tobias. Throughout my life I learned a little of everything: empathy, understanding, organization, trust, self-love, sense of justice, intra and interpersonal intelligences, search for "whys" of each one and their behavior, as well as people projects, quality and financial management, logical reasoning, multidiciplinarity, group work, proactivity, acceptance, non-judgment, defense mechanisms, people profiles, emotional balance, body, mind and spirit balance.
