About Pooja
My name is Pooja and I graduated from Imperial College London with a Master`s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2017. I achieved an A* in Maths A-Level and an A`s in Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I thoroughly enjoyed my degree which was very Maths heavy. After completing my degree I went on to become a computer/software programmer in the Finance industry.
Outside of tutoring maths, I have an interest in running, bouldering and movies. I also have a great appreciation for language learning, and so I`m currently learning Korean in my free time.

I value providing a fundamental understanding of mathematical concepts which helps students get to the correct answer on their own. Strong foundations are a must in Maths and I believe that I can help students achieve this so that they are able to approach unseen questions with more ease.
Each person is different and so I understand that this may mean I may have to change my approach to teaching a particular concept and I am very comfortable doing this. I aim to work together with the student to find an approach that works best for them. I am a very patient and friendly person and I encourage questions.
I am available to tutor in KS2/KS3/GCSE/A-Level Maths and Further Maths and looking forward to working with you! :)
