Having gone through the competitive grind of the education system and knowing through experience how much knowledge is really applied in the day to day job, I come with a perspective on what really matters when we enter the job market. Also not having a mentor/guide to help me at various stages of my career, I have realized that it would help students to have some mentor that can guide them at various stages of their development in their career/life.
My approach would include the normal academics along with how the knowledge gained can be practically applied in real world. I would like to make students become problem solvers and give them a perspective of the real world
