The approach I use is based on Kolb’s experimental learning cycle. The concept was developed to reflect the fact that learning is an on-going and continuous process. It stresses the need for practice and feedback so that the process comprises of a continual series of circular patterns based on experience. The cycle has four parts: Experience and reflection side which form the feedback half of the loop; and, conceptualisation and application side which form the practice half of the loop.

Sam teaches my 9-year-old guitar, and his confidence has grown. His lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to meet my son’s needs.
My son has fallen in love with playing the guitar because he has a reliable, committed, and knowledgeable teacher.
I highly recommend Sam to beginners, intermediate, or advanced levels. He knows his stuff!View more recommendations
