About Katherine
I'm an enthusiastic tutor who loves talking about my subjects and making teaching engaging and fun. Having struggled with my own confidence in the past, my aim as a tutor is to not just teach the lessons, but to help students build confidence that they can carry forward in later life.
Outside of tutoring I love playing guitar, running and reading.

I cater my lessons to the individual as I know that no two students are the same. I teach 1 hour long lessons and provide constant support between sessions to answer any questions or concerns.
I've taught over 80 online tutoring lessons in the past and have also got experience volunteering in a school. I have 3 A*s in English Literature, History and Government and Politics A level and hope to complete teacher training after my BA at York.
I mainly teach students who are 11-18 (KS3, GCSE and A Level) but would love to work with anyone who's excited to learn!
