About Sofía
I am a Spanish-English Translator and Interpreter and I have experience as an English teacher. I have worked in kindergartens, schools, and academies, with children and adults, and I have also given private lessons, both individual as well as to groups. I have done translations as a volunteer for a newspaper.

I like to generate a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in my classes so that the student can learn by enjoying the language. I mix conversation, audiovisual material (movies, series, songs, TED talks, etc.) and written exercises since I consider that practising is important to fix knowledge. I aim at helping those who learn to naturalize the language, and not see it as something purely theoretical.
