About Spogmai
I’m a fourth-year medical student and an IB graduate, having completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2024. Having recently been in your shoes, I understand the challenges of the IB curriculum and, more importantly, the strategies that can make studying more manageable and effective.
I’m passionate about science and love helping students build confidence in their subjects, strengthen their understanding, and prepare effectively for exams. Outside of tutoring and medicine, I enjoy staying active and keeping fit.
My goal is to make lessons engaging, personalised, and focused on what *you* need to succeed!

I teach IB Biology, Chemistry, and English at both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL). My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, ranging from subject understanding, boosting predicted grades, or preparing for final IB examinations.
I focus on exam-style practice, effective revision strategies and techniques that can be applied all across the board. The lessons will end with concept-check questions to track our progress and make necessary adjustments.
A typical lesson will last 60 minutes, although length and structure can be adjusted to suit each student's individual learning needs and schedule.
