About Dave
I have been teaching English in Asia, mostly Hong Kong, for over 10 years. I've taught all ages from 3 up, and all skill levels, for a variety of purposes - General, Business, Exam preparation (IELTS, etc.), often in experiential (relevant, real-world) settings to enhance effectiveness of a holistic language teaching method.

I offer my students an English-level placement test at our first lesson. This gives me detailed information about each student's abilities (strong and weak areas). Then, based on the specific goals of the student I can provide lessons/materials (with optional homework) that can be reviewed, to support and demonstrate continuous improvement.
