I understand that my learners are emotional beings, and in the bid of me wanting them to grasp whatever it is I am teaching, it is imperative that I understand that they are not machines that can be programmed. They have their likes, dislikes, fears, weakness and prejudices, and they are first human beings, before any other thing.
Therefore, learning should be an emotional experience for them, because already, the feeling that the learning process evokes have crucial bearing on the success or failure of learning.
