About Emily
I am an English and American Literature student at the University of Kent. I recieved a high 2:1 in my first year and B’s at A-Level in English and History. I also recieved A’s in English (literature and language) and Maths a GCSE. Additionally, I earned an A* in Geography and a B in History and Citizenship at GCSE. I can teach English and History to A-Level and the remaining above subjects to GCSE level. I have worked in local schools as a teaching assistant and I am flexible with times.

I mainly teach through worksheets, focusing on what the child needs the most help with. However, I adapt to fit a child’s need. For example, if they prefer to learn verbally, I may teach them a song or rhyme rather than using pen and paper. I always work positively and aim to help them to the best of their ability.
