My many years of experience teaching in the classroom, by teleconference and online at the university level have given me unique perspectives on both conventional and alternative modes of instruction. As an English Literature instructor, it is my objective to cultivate students’ understanding of how literary devices and rhetorical strategies are used to develop specific themes within given social and historical contexts. I also assist students with applying this understanding to the development of clearly articulated, persuasive essays.
