About Allegra
I am an Empowerment Coach, native English speaker and Co-founder of the extraordinary program "The Higher You Training Program".
After 20 years teaching English to all walks of life, from small children to adults in Italy, I reached a turning point in my life and asked myself the most important questions: "Who am I really and what I want to do with MY life ? "
This threw me on a journey of self-discovery and put me face to face with a truth I had been running away from for so long about my own path.
Since then, I have transformed my life, faced my fears, ended a 20 year marriage that clearly had long since ended but still gave me 5 beautiful daughters, I have maintained a beautiful relationship with my ex and his family , even though I had left with only two suitcases, left homeless, without a car, without a career and without money but with a vision for the future and a full heart, and I found the love of my life on the other side of the world.
Each of us has within us a Vocation and an Instinct for Excellence.
Your greatness lies in the fact that YOU ARE DIFFERENT.
In fact, NO ONE is like you and NO ONE can EVER replace you.
You are invaluable and the sooner you realize it, the sooner you can start becoming what you always should have been.
Before you can fall in love with life again, you must fall in love with YOU.
