About Anne
Hello! I love talking to people and facilitating their learning. I have a post-graduate teaching qualification (PGCE) from the UK and have a TEFL qualification (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TEFL certificates in Teaching Business English and Teaching IELTS. With a wide experience in education, I have given classes to teenagers-adults for several years and I teach Business English for ILE International, Paris. I aim to create a relaxed and enjoyable teaching environment, whilst being thorough and working with each student's needs, and I am easy to talk to! So don't worry if you are nervous or don't feel confident - I can help you with that.

Hello! I am a qualified teacher and can help you to improve your Business or conversational English! The sessions concentrate on the practical use of the language, conversation and pronunciation, whilst addressing any blocks you might have. They are mainly intended to be a relaxed and enjoyable method of learning and to get used to speaking, but can also be combined with grammar and can be adapted to suit the individual (although I am not currently taking complete beginners, sorry). Business English lessons can help you in terms of effective communication, interview preparation, presentation techniques, or writing your CV.
I often work with students of intermediate-advanced levels to help perfect their spoken English. I have helped students prepare for *Speaking* exams for IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC and Cambridge. I have also assisted students with confidence, to achieve more natural rhythm and intonation, and even issues concerning being understood, politeness and cultural differences in language!! I’ve had students working in the areas of Science, medicine, law, finance, IT, engineering, management, project management, Music and the Arts. I can also offer intensive courses.
Lessons by webcam work very well and can include discussion about an article/video, general conversation with corrections noted in the chat, pronunciation exercises, etc., according to your needs.
