About Dominic
I have worked in Education since 2006. I've worked in schools, helping new foreign students to integrate by teaching English. I've all levels from beginner to advanced. I also spent over a year teaching english at the well established "Cultura Inglesa" where I trained alongside my job to gain my HTTC teaching English qualification. I taught at all levels including 1 on 1, groups and conversational english. I also taught all ages from 12 upwards.
I'm also fluent at Portuguese if you happen to be from a Portuguese speaking country and need anything explained.

My teaching method is to first help the student to gain confidence in basic conversing, then I build a foundation by teaching common verbs. I do this by using a combination of tex books, articles and a PDF of verbs which I give to all my students. I aim to give them confidence in writing as well as speaking and communication. I make the lessons engaging and fun so that students can enjoy learning the language as by as I enjoyed learning Portuguese.
