I design classes that are meant to make the student enjoy the process of learning while focusing on the accomplishment of set goals. Never losing out of sight why they want to learn something, what the use of it will be and how rewarding this new knowledge can be for both their personal and professional life. A needs analysis is done in the first class to narrow topics of interest from the student. Quick placement test to know the current level and the specific needs and strengths. Following up on dynamic classes designed specifically for the student based on what they like to read, what they like to talk about, what they're curious about, and more, integrating all of it with the language subjects That need to be addressed, and worked on. After every 20 hours of class, the student will take a test to see the progress.
