About Gayathri S
Dear Students! I'm a young passionate and dedicated IBDP (INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE) ENGLISH TEACHER and a lover of English language. Born as a native Malayali and with fluent English speaking, te students have always connected with me for their diverse needs and I'm absolutely happy to help! I'm a teacher and a writer. I can help you guys to develop your English Communication skills, writing skills, online assignments and also Malayalam. In addition to my B.ed (English), I have mastered and graduated English Literature from Madras University, India. I have also taught as the Commmunicative English Teacher at GTECH, Piravom. I have also TAUGHT at ST TERESA'S CGHSS, Ernakulam. I have PUBLISHED papers in Sathyabhama University and 13 ARTICLES in THE HINDU Newspaper. Command in the English language has also helped me to write and submit articles for online sites. I have also worked as Creative Writer at FRAGOMEN, DEL REY, BERNSEN & LOEWY.
Teaching is been my passion since my childhood days. I strongly feel that a teacher is the biggest artist. I have excellent communication skills and classroom management skills which would help me to deliver the content effectively and efficiently. I'm looking forward to an enriching experience. I believe that a teacher's role should be as the stage setter or facilitator of education. I would like to apply a constructivist approach in my teaching so that the students can engage thoroughly in their learning process which would also help to improve their responsibility of the same. Collaborative and cooperative learning strategies with a lot of innovative learning methods shall be applied in the classroom so that their education would not be limited to the four walls of a conventional classroom.
