About Colette

I have over 8 years of experience as an English tutor and hold a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Proofreading. I specialise in helping individuals strengthen their English skills for job interviews, résumé writing, and professional networking. My work focuses on empowering job seekers and career changers to present themselves confidently and effectively.
In my sessions, I guide students through interview strategies, compelling self-presentation techniques, and clear, structured cover letters. We practise real-world scenarios through mock interviews and use feedback loops to refine responses and build confidence. Each session is goal-based, ensuring progress and measurable improvement.
I also help with networking communication, teaching students how to engage in professional conversations naturally and confidently. We focus on tone, clarity, and making a memorable impression in meetings or virtual calls. My approach combines practical exercises with personalised guidance.
