About Dylan
With 9 years of experience as a violin tutor, I am passionate about guiding students through their musical journey with expertise and dedication. My love for the violin began early in life, leading me to a deep understanding of both the technical and expressive aspects of the instrument. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive. I emphasize building a strong technical foundation, including proper posture, bowing techniques, and finger placement, while also nurturing a love for music. By customizing each lesson to the individual, I ensure that students receive instruction that is both relevant and effective in achieving their musical aspirations.

In our lessons, you'll refine your technical skills through targeted exercises that improve your bowing, finger placement, and overall sound quality. We work on building a solid foundation with proper posture and technique, which is essential for playing complex pieces with precision and ease. These exercises will help you develop the muscle memory and control needed for more advanced music.
