About Lincoln
I am passionate about teaching piano, and teaching them skills they can equip in future exams or just recreationally. I have played the piano since I was 5 years old, and throughout my journey, have been able to understand different aspects of playing pieces.
Since I, myself have gone through the AMEB exam system, I am able to deeply understand the structures and techniques needed for students to succeed, and transfer those skills to my students.
Additionally, I also completed the Grade 8 AMEB piano exam and AMEB Music Theory to grade 4 (equivalent to ABRSM theory gr.6), and received a high distinction. I am currently studying for the AmusA (Associate in Music) piano.
I can speak both Cantonese and English fluently, and can understand Mandarin Chinese.

I recommend kids start here, as they begin their journey of music. I am able to offer sessions from just half an hour to over an hour (best if they choose to study theory!) However, I recommend kids to start from 30 minutes or 45 minutes as many students do this.
