About Evie
I am a relatable and keen student looking to help you achieve your medicine dreams. The happiness I got when receiving my place to go to medical school is something I have never experienced before and something I'd love to help you achieve too.
I am a medical student at the University of Glasgow.
For my A levels I studied Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Geography and achieved A*AAA. Swimming has always been my hobby away from the classroom.

For several months the word UCAT made my spine tingle and made my stomach churn. I vowed never to touch it again! But here we are... I'd like to support you through your UCAT progress in anyway you feel appropriate because I know how daunting it can be. My whole world, as yours probably is too, turned into the UCAT. I am here to prove that there is a life after UCAT and actually it can go pretty well :)
In my experience practice questions are very important, but it's understanding the thought process behind the right answer because often there is a pattern that will come up time and time again. I can help with this. Also, working on the areas that you can maximise your gains with the least effort- for example, if you are an A level mathematician you can easily get 800+ in quantitative reasoning with good calculator skills or a pictorial based brain can max their abstract reasoning marks. As a recent student I feel able to advise on managing nerves and timings, and how to focus if you feel like one section went a little bit pear shaped.
I am happy to do one off lessons or a series of tutoring for each of the areas. I can come up with programmes or be guided by you. For me, I feel guiding by you can be really valuable as you know your strengths, and weaknesses best :)
I can deliver 60 minute lessons for £25. I work shifts in the hospital so timings may vary from week to week but I can work around both our schedules to make it work.

Perfect! Evie has been a great UCAT tutor and has put more effort into my progress than I could’ve ever asked for! She has analysed all of my practice to help me improve which has helped massively , while also improving my confidence and giving me great advice , tips and tricks , not only for UCAT but for the whole application process. I couldn’t thank her enough and I highly recommend her to anyone else who is struggling !
