About Katherine
I am a person that listen to my students and try to help them as much as I can. One of my best experiences I have had was working in a Spanish immersion school in the United States as a teacher's assistant, and I was able to learn different techniques and methodologies in the teaching-learning process of kids.

I love getting to know my students, knowing their strengths and weaknesses, to find the perfect teaching material for them, creating fun and innovative activities to achieve their goals.
Usually, I create a presentation on my computer that will contain all the topics and activities to be developed in the lesson, these can be vocabulary, speaking, reading or writing. Started with a warm-up and ending with a wrap-up. I present the topic to be developed to the students, and later we will practice together, playing, reading, singing, etc.
I like my students to see me as a friend, not just a teacher, I am patient and flexible with my students, I love that my students feel comfortable.
Most of the time I work with children from 7 to 14 years old, but I can also work with older people. I help improve their level of fluency in Spanish, and sometimes I help with homework
