About Martin
I am a entrepreneurial and HR development practitioner with an honours degree in industrial psychology and a post graduate diploma in small enterprise development. I ve lectured at Tsiba ( Tertiary School in Business Administration) to classes of about 30 students. I achieved a 98% pass rate. I have also mentors entrepreneurs for Tsiba, Fix forward, Seda and KG Business solutions. I also thought basic mathematics, English and finances to ABET classes for a company called Triple E learning.

I base my lessons on the fact that student have different learning styles. Consequently I try to conduct lessons to accommodate all my students to ensure optimum learning. With regards to mentoring - first and foremost it is important to built rapport with the client. Secondly I immerse myself with the with the business of the client. I will then ask the client to do a self-test-quiz which will measure the following competencies leadership, Self-image and self-respect, planning and organising, creativity and innovation and time management. We will also do a pre-assessment of the business to determine where the development areas are.
