I love to see my students progress. I try to find the need for each student and prepare my class to accommodate those students’ needs. It is always necessary to observe the age, the area the student is working in, the kind of student you are dealing with (busy; patient; willingness; teenager; small kid; etc.) so, I think if the teaching meets your needs, you learn better.
