About Florine
Hello everyone, I’m Florine Duffield. I’m an oil painter who has spent many decades painting portraits of people, pets, animals, and still life. I absolutely love sharing my passion for painting, and I’m excited to be here with you. Arizona has been both my home and my inspiration, and I’ve taught workshops here for years. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, inspired, and confident as you explore your own artistic voice.

I’m an oil painter who works with portraits of people, pets, animals, and still life, and I’ve been painting for many decades. Painting is my life, and I still take classes and workshops from some of the very best artists because I believe there is always more to learn.
In my lessons, I’ll gently critique your work, always pointing out what’s working well and where you can improve. Beginners will get the very basics they need to feel confident, and more experienced painters will be challenged to grow in new ways. My goal is to make you feel supported and inspired while helping you build a strong foundation and your own artistic voice.
