I am an Expert Technician in Gymnastics, aimed at Health and Fitness. The techniques I use have the sole purpose of making the body and mind communicate in the goal of achieving a perfect psychophysical balance and an optimal state of health.

My lessons can be individual or group, the methods I use are: Pilates Method and Iyengar Yoga (with related Breathing Techniques, Postural, Alignment, Enhancement, Relaxation and Meditation). With proven experience in the field and continuing education, I do my job with a lot of passion.
