About Polina
Hello everyone, I’m happy to meet you here️ Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Polina ,I’m 22, based in the UK but originally from Ukraine.
I graduated from Kiev Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Art in 2019, specialisation Contortion Equilibrium.
Graduated from London Dance College in 2023, specialisation Dance Teacher of level 4 diploma.
Trained under Dance 100 show member Emily Golding-Ellis and previously auditioned for Cirque du Soleil as an acrobat!
I am experienced dance and acrobatics teacher with extensive experience on a stage as a performer.

About the lesson

We will work with different dance styles, helping to release accumulated emotions, while performing various dance techniques.
All classes contain a 15-minute warm-up with fitness elements, dance choreography focuses on basic movements of a particular style, and a cool-down with stretching and yoga elements.
Students of all levels and ages are welcome!
You have an opportunity to work not just with your body but also with your mental states. Training are focused on living through different emotions with dancing. Whether it’s happiness or joy, sadness or aggression.
We will start with 3 main blocks of dance classes.
block 1: consist of three dance sessions, where we focus on developing our positive energy and emotions. Performed in street style.
block 2: consist of three dance sessions, focused on the development of strong and powerful energy and emotions. Performed in hip-hop style.
block 3: consist of three workouts focused on the development of sensual and tender energy and emotions. Performed in contemporary style.
And all of this with modern and latest music!
This program will help you to feel better emotionally and physically at the same time️
