I teach calisthenics classes directed by '' webcam '', my goal is related to the sport called CALISTENIA. A personalized follow-up and attention, after completing the first free evaluation class, would adapt a routine specialized in your performance and sporting scope. It was never so easy to get fit, not only will it be physical exercise, as long as the process is done, we will add supplements and different approaches to boost training at home. - Flexibility - Joint mobility. - Stretching. - Warm ups. - Muscle strengthening exercises. All this added to the adapted and personalized routine to completely complete the physical exercise. Able to squeeze all your skills and prove you are capable of much more ...?, Or rather the question would be ... able to overcome this barrier of fear and venture to try new experiences ?, We are all capable , only some of us venture to live to the fullest !. Si buscas mejorar tu vida diaria haciendo y disfrutando el deporte, Xian es tu profesor perfecto. Dedicación, puntualidad y sobre todo vocación por el ejercicio físico y la calistenia, avanzando junto a sus alumnos (entre los que me incluyo) ya que cada logro nuestro lo siente como suyo. Ideal para transmitirte la motivación que necesitas para sentirte vital al final del día, y todo desde el conocimiento de la técnica necesaria para progresar debidamente así como el compromiso en función de tus necesidades. Si necesitas un cambio de mentalidad y forma física, acude a él sin duda.
Xian es un gran entrenador, muy atento y ha sido un placer entrenar con él.
