About Aleksei
My teaching philosophy is based on identifying each student’s individual goals and creating a structured plan to achieve them efficiently. At the beginning of our work together, we discuss your objectives—whether you want to learn for personal enjoyment, improve your technique, prepare for an exam or audition, or develop as a professional musician.
Based on these goals, I design a personalized learning plan that includes carefully selected exercises, technical studies, repertoire, and practice assignments. Each lesson builds progressively on previous material, ensuring steady improvement while maintaining motivation and enjoyment.

I am a professional accordionist with over 21 years of performing experience and a Master’s degree in Accordion Performance from the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. I have extensive teaching experience with students of all levels, from beginners to adults with specific artistic goals.
