There is no course structure but I'll make sure that you all will love to do these sessions with full enthusiasm, U'll see the outcome of your progress.

Train your body for strength, flexibility, and balance. Through exercises and workout routines, I provide the participants with a guideline tailored to individual needs. At the end of it, you will be equipped to understand your weaknesses and be more aware of your movements in the context of the space around you.
