My barre and pilates lessons are taught online, making it easy to join from the comfort of your home. Each session includes a guided warm-up, targeted exercises to strengthen and tone, and a calming stretch to finish. I adapt to all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, and focus on posture, flexibility, and core strength. My goal is to make every class supportive, effective, and energizing so you leave feeling confident and connected to your body!
