About Phil
I am a trained scientist with over 15 years of experience in molecular biology and bioinformatics with a Master’s degree in Biology. Throughout my career, I have tutored students at both high school and university levels and have always genuinely enjoyed teaching and mentoring. In my current professional role, training and educating people is a daily responsibility, which keeps my teaching methods practical and effective. I approach every tutoring session differently, adapting my strategies to each student’s needs, learning style, and academic goals to ensure meaningful progress.

I bring over 15 years of experience working in labs, a Master’s degree in Biology, and 10 years of university-level tutoring. I am bilingual in English and French, allowing me to teach comfortably in either language. I focus on deep understanding, exam readiness, and critical thinking, helping students gain confidence and long-term mastery of the subject.
