Who I Am and Why I Teach
I’m a passionate leader, mentor, and educator with over 15 years of experience managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in the business world. Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad to a young family, and someone who loves spending time outdoors. Whether it’s a family walk, cheering on my kids, or getting out for a long run, I find inspiration and balance in these moments.
I have a deep passion for leading and developing people. Throughout my career, I’ve found immense fulfilment in mentoring individuals to unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Whether it’s guiding someone to take the next step in their career or helping a team come together to achieve something extraordinary, I thrive on empowering others to succeed.
Team sports and running are two of my biggest passions, and they’ve taught me lessons that directly link to leadership and business success. Team sports have shown me the value of collaboration, strategy, and supporting others to achieve shared goals—qualities that have been fundamental to my leadership approach. Long-distance running has taught me resilience, focus, and the importance of setting and achieving personal milestones—traits that are essential for success in any endeavour.
