Have you ever felt like you should have it figured out by now — but something still feels off?
You're good at what you do. People respect your work. And yet there's this quiet voice that keeps asking — is this really it? What do I actually want?
That's exactly the kind of question I work with.
I'm Jaskiran — a certified coach and NLP practitioner. I work with women who are capable and driven but stuck at a career crossroads they can't seem to think their way out of alone.
What I offer isn't generic advice or a one-size-fits-all program. It's a structured coaching plan built around your life — your schedule, your pace, your specific challenge. Whether you have an hour a week or can only carve out 30 minutes, we work with what you have. No overwhelm, no pressure to overhaul everything at once.
Using coaching and NLP, we work on both the practical and the internal — because most career blocks aren't really about the career. Session by session, things get clearer. The fog lifts. And you start moving — not because someone told you to, but because you finally know where you're going.
My clients often say the shift happens when someone finally asks them the questions they hadn't thought to ask themselves.

My approach isn't teaching. It's thinking together.
I'm a certified coach and NLP practitioner, and I bring both the credential and the lived experience of working with clients navigating real career challenges.
How sessions work
No modules, no generic frameworks. Each session starts with where you are — what's unclear, stuck, or loud — and we go from there. I use NLP techniques alongside coaching conversations to work at the level of mindset and belief, not just strategy. You'll often find the answers were already in you. The session creates the conditions to surface them.
What makes this different
I don't tell you what to do. I help you hear yourself clearly — and trust what you hear. That's the difference between advice and coaching. Advice creates dependency. Clarity creates confidence that lasts.
