About Joseph
I am a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for education and empowering others in the healthcare field. With a background in general nursing, gerontology, and infection prevention, I have had the privilege of working in diverse healthcare settings, including as a Clinical Nurse Manager. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of both the clinical and theoretical aspects of nursing, and I’m eager to share this knowledge with the next generation of nurses. Why I Want to Teach: My motivation to teach comes from a genuine desire to help students not only succeed academically but also develop the skills and confidence needed to provide exceptional patient care. Nursing is a constantly evolving field, and I believe it’s important to equip students with both practical and critical thinking skills to navigate real-world challenges. By teaching, I aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice, fostering a deeper understanding of nursing that goes beyond textbooks.
