I have extensive experience as a manager, mentor, teacher, assessor and leader in the field of Health
and Social Care, managing and working with teams and as a trainer, assessor and mentor to staff,
students and volunteers. I have worked for people with physical and learning disabilities, autism and
in mental distress.

My teaching style is person centred, working with individual students' learning styles and providing teaching methods and plans tailored to meet individual needs. I have worked with students with specific learning difficulties including dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia and am a patient, interested observer who listens and respects all learners capabilities and suport needs aiming towards their best outcome and respecting individual goals and aspirations with practical support, feedback and encouragement.
