About Nikki
People often describe me as optimistic and encouraging. I have a deep love for animals, nature, and, above all, art. My passion for learning drives me, and that same passion fuels my teaching. I’ve had a love for helping others grow in their artistic journey since childhood—back in 2006, I posted my first art tutorials, some of which later went viral. I also joined art communities dedicated to supporting and guiding fellow artists. Even today, sharing knowledge remains a joy for me. With my current social media presence, my art tips and tricks have become viral on TikTok as well, reaching and inspiring many. I find it incredibly rewarding to help others refine their skills and develop their own artistic voice. Originally from Sweden, I’ve lived in the UK since 2018. I enjoy adapting to different learning styles while also pushing students to reach their full potential. My current students in my physical teaching role have seen significant improvement, and while I never sugarcoat feedback, I always ensure it’s constructive and motivating—helping artists grow with both honesty and encouragement.

I teach online with an individual and flexible approach, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to your personal goals and artistic development. In our first session, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and current skill level. I’ll also consider your tools—whether you have a tablet, iPad Pro, or are looking to invest in one (which is essential for digital art), as well as what art programmes/apps to use. If needed, I can advise on the best options for you. From there, I’ll design a personalised learning path that aligns with your artistic ambitions, guiding you step by step towards a set goal. My teaching covers semi-realism, anime-inspired art, character design, concept art, painting and illustration, with a focus on both technique and creative expression. I have experience working on indie games and have been professionally commissioned multiple times. Additionally, I teach an art course to adults, making me well-versed in guiding learners of all levels. My lessons are best suited for teenagers and adults, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills. Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 2 hours, but can be longer depending on preference, allowing for in-depth instruction, feedback, and practice.
